Our cookbook is the result of a collaboration between Herbalife Nutrition members and renowned chef Rachel Allen. 47 of the recipes have been inspired by the culinary traditions of Europe and Africa, while the remaining 33 have been created from scratch by Rachel. Each recipe has been rigorously tested and reviewed by our Research and Development Team at the Herbalife Nutrition lab, so you can trust that every dish is both delicious and nutritious.
