This was my first 21 day challenge and only started on my Herbalife a few days before, love the family support & the workouts, I’ve still away to go to get where I want to be... but staying positive & love the products which is a huge bonus

Well the build up to the 21 day challenge I was tired, no energy, from 1st march I was going to have a great 21 days loved the support, the exercise,The products..I sure would recommend to anyone. I will do another 21 day challenge just for the support of a great team, first time in over a year I actually smiled at myself in the mirror with no filter on and no fake smile it was real because I see how far I have come since starting.Im not where I want to be but it's a start..The motivation video's wow loved them each morning would set me up for positive mind.Thank you to all the team involved 👏💯% 💙❤️x
