So Simple Herbalife Smoothie Bowl - 2 Ways

Quick and Easy but prep ahead as you need to put in the fridge overnight...

Vanilla and Berries

250ml water

3 scoops Formula 1 Vanilla Cream

150g blueberries and raspberries

  • Blend together
  • Put in the fridge overnight
  • Decorate with some fresh fruit or edible flowers

Chocolate and Chia

250ml water

3 scoops Formula 1 Smooth Chocolate

1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • Blend together
  • Put in the fridge overnight
  • Decorate with some fresh fruit or edible flowers
