Overnight French Toast in a Bowl
You've heard about overnight oats, but what about overnight French toast?
You’ll love this protein-packed meal!
Full recipe:
½ cup nonfat milk
2 scoops Herbalife Nutrition Protein Drink Mix Vanilla
1 tbsp raisins
1 egg
Cinnamon
Fresh fruit
1 slice whole-grain bread
Cut bread into 1/2” cubes, serve along with raisins in a small microwave-safe bowl. Blend the milk, Protein Drink Mix and the egg for 10-15 seconds. Pour the mix into the bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge overnight.
Microwave for 2 1/2-3 mins until puffed and cooked through and then sprinkle cinnamon and a little fruit on top (raspberries and/or blueberries work really well)
